Marie Delzell

Ms. Delzell’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation, including patent and trade secret litigation. She has experience working with a broad range of technologies including medical devices, financial technology, software, and hardware.

Prior to joining Desmarais LLP, Ms. Delzell was an intellectual property litigation associate at Sidley Austin LLP. During law school, she was a Managing Editor on the Columbia Journal of European Law. She also served as an extern for the Hon. Robert E. Bacharach on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
