Brooke Miller’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling. 

During law school, Ms. Miller was Editor-in-Chief of The George Washington International Law Review.  She also served as a Writing Fellow and worked as a student attorney in the Health Rights Law Clinic, assisting clients in administrative appeals of SNAP and Medicaid denials.  Ms. Miller studied neuroscience and psychology at The University of Colorado Boulder where she was a research assistant at the The Center for Health & Neuroscience, Genes & Environment.  Prior to law school, Ms. Miller worked as a medical assistant to a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician.
