Sabrina A. Bellantoni

Ms. Bellantoni’s practice focuses on intellectual property, particularly patent and trade secret litigation and counseling. She has experience with pretrial proceedings, claim construction, infringement and invalidity contentions, fact and expert discovery, deposition preparation, trial preparation, general motion practice, and appeals in cases involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. She is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Ms. Bellantoni has represented pro bono clients with Kids In Need of Defense (KIND) and Her Justice.

Ms. Bellantoni graduated summa cum laude and Valedictorian from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During her third year of law school, she participated in an exchange program in International and European Business Law at Comillas Pontifical University.

Before law school, Ms. Bellantoni worked as a research and development chemist at Takasago International Corporation, a company that manufactures flavors, fragrances, aroma ingredients, and fine chemicals. She earned an Honors bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
