During law school, Ms. Litchfield served on the Virginia Tax Review. She also served as a founding executive member of the University of Virginia School of Law’s Patent Law Society for Litigators, Agents, and Prosecutors. In her final year of law school, Ms. Litchfield competed in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition and helped win the second-best new team designation. Ms. Litchfield also worked as a student fellow for her school’s Center on Intellectual Property Law. She participated in the Patent and Licensing Clinic during her final year of law school, as well as completed UVA’s pro bono challenge by providing 75 hours of pro bono work prior to graduating. Prior to law school, Ms. Litchfield received an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge. Ms. Litchfield holds undergraduate degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. She received the prestigious W.W. Allen Engineering Scholarship and was recognized for her scholarship, leadership, and service to her university during her senior year by being chosen as a recipient of the Senior of Significance award.
