During law school, he served as Managing Editor of Operations for Villanova Law Review. His Comment, which analyzed the applicability of the “discovery rule” in copyright infringement cases amidst the rise of artificial intelligence, was published in Volume 70 of Villanova Law Review. Upon graduation, Mr. Pilon was awarded the Raynes McCarty Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
