During law school, Mr. Frank was an associate editor on the George Washington Law Review. He also served as a law clerk for the House Judiciary Committee, where he researched and drafted memoranda on antitrust law and intellectual property. Mr. Frank also served as a Dean’s fellow for his law school’s 1L Research and Writing Program. In the Administrative Law Issues and Appeals Clinic, Mr. Frank coauthored a brief of amicus curiae in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of Professor Steven Schooner, advocating the rights of government contractors under the Fifth Amendment. He competed in the Rothwell Intellectual Property Moot Court competition and won the Finnegan Prize for Intellectual Property, First Place, for his paper on Federal Circuit issue preclusion.
Before law school, Mr. Frank was a graduate research assistant in a bio-optics lab under Dr. Giuliano Scarcelli, where he designed and engineered acquisition systems for high-speed optics applications in biology.
