Ms. Moreland’s practice focuses on intellectual property trial and appellate litigation across a broad range of industries and technologies.
 
During law school, Ms. Moreland served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law and worked as a member of the First Amendment Clinic. Ms. Moreland practiced her trial advocacy skills as a member of the National Trial Competition team and was the graduate winner of the University of Virginia’s Student Oratory Competition in 2025. Prior to law school, Ms. Moreland studied English Literature and Political Science at Rhodes College, where she led the school’s mock trial team to the national championship tournament and won numerous individual awards.
