At Berkeley Law, he served as an associate editor of the California Law Review. He captained the school’s Mock Trial team, advancing to the quarterfinals of the National Trial Competition and competing in the prestigious Top Gun Trial Competition as one of the nation’s sixteen select advocates. He also contributed pro bono work through the Samuelson Law, Technology, and Public Policy Clinic, where he assisted clients with litigation and research matters involving data privacy and information access rights.
Before law school, Mr. Anderson earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from UC Irvine, graduating with honors. As a research assistant in the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences, he studied student misconceptions about dynamic programming. He also served as president of UC Irvine’s Mock Trial team, attending Nationals twice and earning an All-National Attorney distinction.
