Amy Wann’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation in cases involving computer networking, medical devices, and cryptography. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including preparing pleadings and contentions, managing discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting briefs, and arguing at hearings.
Ms. Wann served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the Eastern District of Texas, during which time she participated in seven jury trials and two bench trials, as well as numerous pre-trial conferences and motion hearings. During law school, Ms. Wann was a Senior Articles Editor for the
Annual Survey of American Law. Before law school, she conducted scientific research on stem cells.
