As part of our ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining the best legal talent, we are pleased to sponsor the DLLP Leadership Fellowship. We are seeking applicants who possess exceptional leadership experience and/or have demonstrated strong resilience in their path to a career in law, and possess an excellent record of academic achievement, leadership qualities, and excellent writing and interpersonal skills. The DLLP Leadership Fellowship is open to applications from qualified first-year law students interested in any of our offices in New York, Washington DC, and San Francisco.
Fellowship recipients will have a paid position in the firm’s summer associate program. In addition, DLLP Leadership Fellows will receive up to $30,000 in additional scholarship money paid in installments as follows:
- $10,000 at the completion of a successful first summer following the 1L year, including receipt and acceptance of an offer to return to the firm for a second summer;
- $10,000 at the completion of a successful second summer following the 2L year, including receipt and acceptance of an offer to join the firm as an entry-level associate;
- $10,000 when fellowship recipient joins the firm as an entry-level associate.

Eligibility:
All applicants must be enrolled as a first year student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school. DLLP Leadership Fellows may not participate in a similar scholarship or fellowship program or be an award recipient at another law firm, nor may DLLP Fellows split their summer with another law firm. The DLLP Leadership Fellowship may not be awarded every year.
