Notable Successes

Desmarais LLP earned top-tier patent litigation honors at the national level and in New York and eight attorneys were recognized in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2021 IP Stars rankings.
 
IP Stars named Desmarais LLP a Tier 1 firm in the “Patent Contentious” category in the U.S. (National) and a Highly Recommended firm in the “Patent Contentious” category in New York. IP Stars also selected partners Paul Bondor, John Desmarais, Bindu Donovan, Alan Kellman, Todd Krause and Jonas McDavit as “Patent Stars” in New York and Gabrielle Higgins and Peter Magic as “Patent Stars” in California.
