Bindu Donovan Recognized in Managing IP’s ‘Top 250 Women in IP’ for 2023

Managing Intellectual Property has named Bindu Donovan, partner at Desmarais LLP, to its list of the “Top 250 Women in IP” for 2023. This was Donovan’s fifth straight year receiving the recognition, which honors leading women attorneys in private practice handling intellectual property cases.
 
Bindu Donovan has more than 20 years of experience in life sciences patent litigation, representing some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies in high-stakes patent disputes, including cases brought by innovator companies under the Hatch-Waxman Act. She has served as trial and litigation counsel in patent disputes involving biotechnology, radiofrequency ablation probes, drug-eluting stents, and treatments for cancer, influenza, diabetes, and neurological and ophthalmic disorders.
 
Managing IP chose the “Top 250 Women in IP” from more than 30 jurisdictions around the world. The awards highlight senior IP lawyers who have achieved exceptional results for their clients and firms during the past year.
