Desmarais LLP secured several major life sciences patent victories during the past 12 months, including a $272.5 million jury verdict, plus $100 million in enhanced damages, for Ravgen’s prenatal genetic testing patents at trial against Labcorp. The firm also successfully defended Ravgen’s patents against 10 inter partes review challenges before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
