Managing IP reviews thousands of firms and IP practitioners and selects its shortlists based on notable achievements across the industry, especially major wins for clients and contributions to the field of IP law.
In the past year, Desmarais LLP victories included securing dismissal of a patent infringement lawsuit involving $2.8 billion in claims against Apple before the Federal Circuit and winning $1.9 million in attorneys’ fees (in a rare case involving flat-fee attorneys’ fees) for Cisco.
