William Benjamin Nichols

Mr. Nichols’ practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation, particularly in semiconductors.  Recently, Mr. Nichols was part of the Desmarais LLP trial team that won a complete non-infringement defense verdict for Cisco Systems, Inc., defeating a claim for more than $370 million and treble damages.
 
During law school, Mr. Nichols participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association Moot Court where his team advanced to the national round.  Mr. Nichols was a Symposium Manager and editor for the Penn Law Journal of Law and Innovation.
