Before joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Zhu was an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin on the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for a full academic year. He also served as a teaching assistant to Professor William W. Fisher and a research assistant to Professor Thomas J. Brennan. Before law school, Mr. Zhu traded quantitative strategies on commodity derivatives at a hedge fund in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Zhu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
