Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Walters interned for District Court Judge Lynn N. Hughes. Mr Walters additionally has clerked for intellectual property damages experts.
During law school, Mr. Walters was inducted into the Order of Barristers, an honorary organization which recognizes students with exceptional oral advocacy and brief-writing skills. He, and his partner, earned this honor after winning first-place in both the preeminent Giles S. Rich National Moot Court Competition and the Rothwell IP Law Moot Court Competition. Mr. Walters was a Notes Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal during law school, as well as a member of the Moot Court Board.
