Maria Tartakovsky

Maria Tartakovsky’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation. Her litigation experience includes technologies related to biotech, consumer wearables, and software, in both the district courts and the International Trade Commission.  

Before joining Desmarais LLP, Ms. Tartakovsky was a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. In law school, Ms. Tartakovsky worked as a student attorney to advise startup clients on intellectual property strategy.  Ms. Tartakovsky was an editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Innovation.
