
Michael P. Stadnick is a experienced litigator and a partner in the firm. His practice focuses on complex trials and appeals involving patent infringement, antitrust claims, and related technical matters. He has served as trial counsel in cases involving a broad range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications technology, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Prior to joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Stadnick practiced as a partner in the Intellectual Property group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Mr. Stadnick has received recognition for his trial work in articles such as “This Verdict Made Jaws Drop,” The National Law Journal, Feb. 18, 2008, and “Deals & Suits: Rambus v. Infineon,” Corporate Counsel, June 22, 2005.
