John Spaccarotella's practice focuses on patent infringement litigation in Federal Courts and the International Trade Commission. Mr. Spaccarotella has represented clients in cases involving computer memory, digital image sensors, liquid crystal displays, cellular phones, fiber optics, semiconductor and circuit design, cable television, data encryption, and financial and payment card systems.

Before attending law school, Mr. Spaccarotella was an electrical engineer at Ford Motor Company and a product manager at Siemens Automotive.
