Jason Berrebi’s practice focuses on patent infringement in the federal courts. He has represented and counseled clients in disputes relating to electronic devices, pharmaceutical products, and home security and automation. Jason has represented numerous clients, including Honeywell International, Inc., Sanofi-Aventis, and Forest Labs. Before joining Desmarais LLP, Jason was an associate in the Intellectual Property group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

- Forest Laboratories, Inc., et al. v. Cobalt Laboratories Inc., et al., D. Del. Counsel for Forest and Merz in multi-defendant ANDA litigation concerning Alzheimer's disease drug Namenda®.
- PDL Biopharma, Inc. v. Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Counsel for Alexion in patent infringement case involving client’s drug Soliris® and humanized antibody technologies.
