Dmitriy Kheyfits is an intellectual property associate, whose practice focuses on patent litigation. Mr. Kheyfits has represented clients in a variety of fields including the semiconductor, e-commerce, telecommunications and multimedia industries. 

Prior to joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Kheyfits served as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation group of Jones Day and as a Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin.
