Lauren Nowierski's practice focuses on patent infringement litigation involving a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceuticals, flash memory, Bluetooth, servers, medical devices, and molecular diagnostics. Ms. Nowierski has experience with all aspects of patent litigation including presuit investigations, fact discovery, expert discovery, claim construction, summary judgment briefing, technology tutorials, and Markman hearings. She also has experience with inter partes reviews, patent licensing, and IP due diligence. Ms. Nowierski has served or is serving as pro bono counsel in several matters including asylum applications and litigated divorce.

Before joining Desmarais LLP, Ms. Nowierski was an associate in the Patent Litigation Group of Goodwin Procter LLP focusing on Hatch-Waxman litigation.
