Kyle Curry

Mr. Curry’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation. His litigation experience includes technologies related to wearable and biomedical devices, internet technologies, and software. Mr. Curry has experience with pleadings, claim construction, discovery, infringement and invalidity contentions, taking fact depositions, and dispositive motion practice. Mr. Curry also assists the firm’s post-grant group with PTAB proceedings.

Prior to law school Mr. Curry worked in online advertising technology, at the advertising agency Starcom, the measurement firm ComScore, and the persistent identity start-up Signal. In his free time he volunteered with RefugeeOne, working to resettle refugee families, and helped with expungement and sealing processing at Cabrini Green Legal Aid. In law school Mr. Curry, a recipient of the Rubenstein Scholarship, served on the board of First Generation Professionals and was a staffer on the Chicago Journal of International Law.
