Kevin Gu

Kevin Gu’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation. His litigation experience includes technologies related to semiconductors, wearable devices, biomedical devices, and software. Mr. Gu maintains an active pro bono practice, and favorably settled a § 1983 deliberate indifference case on behalf of a prison inmate.

Before joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Gu was a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. During law school, he competed and coached Harvard’s team for the John H. Jackson World Trade Organization Moot, which regularly won the North American Regionals and placed 2nd in the International Rounds held at the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland.
