Before joining the firm, Christian clerked for the Hon. Todd M. Hughes at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He later clerked in the District of Delaware for the Hon. Richard G. Andrews and the Hon. Maryellen Noreika.
During law school, Christian worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he focused on applications related to the use of error correcting codes in data transmission and storage.
Christian has also represented pro bono clients as part of the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program. He recently helped secure benefits for a veteran’s widow after the VA had repeatedly denied a benefits claim tied to her husband’s bladder cancer and Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam.
