Caitri Feddeler

Caitri Feddeler’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation, including patent litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings for both plaintiffs and defendants.  Ms. Feddeler has experience with claim construction, discovery, infringement and invalidity contentions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, and dispositive motion practice in cases involving cloud storage, computer software, computer architecture, medical devices, and biotechnology.

During law school, Ms. Feddeler participated in the American Intellectual Property Law Association Moot Court where her team advanced to the semi-final round of the national competition. Ms. Feddeler was also the president of the Columbia Negotiation Association and an editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.
