Benjamin Rodd

Benjamin Rodd’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation, including patent litigation and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Rodd’s experience includes drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparing contentions, taking and defending depositions, and performing technical analysis in cases involving computer software and semiconductors.

During law school, Mr. Rodd was an Online Editor of the Cornell Law Review and a Managing Editor of the Supreme Court Bulletin, an online bulletin that publishes objective summaries of upcoming Supreme Court cases. Mr. Rodd also competed on the mock trial team and was a quarterfinalist in the Langfan Family Moot Court Competition.  Prior to law school, Mr. Rodd was a software developer at Vanguard.
